Our programs and fine dining classes in France
We offer :
|Fine dining classes in France-Gastronomic Program (3 months)
of the Program: 12 weeks with 30 hours of lessons per week, including
15 hours of hands-on Fine Dining Service classes and 15 hours of French lessons.
All week-ends are free and you have a 1 week mid-term break to visit France.
The 3 months Module includes:
2 months Sommelier lessons
1 month Fine Dining Service
|Fine dining classes in France - Full Program ( 3 month course + 4 months internship )
of the Program: 12 weeks with 30 hours of lessons per week similar to the 3 month Gastronomic Program
+ 4 month Internship at a Luxury Hotel-Restaurant in France
All weekends are free (except during the internship) and you have a 1 week mid-term break to visit France.
Fine dining classes in France - One Year Program: Diploma in French Fine Dining Service
of the Program: 12 months with 3 months Sommelier Course + 1 month Gastronomic Cooking Course + 1 month Gastronomic Pastry Course+ 1 month Fine Dining Service Course + 6 month internship
Fine dining classes in France - Two Year Program: Diploma in Gastronomic Food&Beverage Management
This Program consists of:
A One Year Preparatory course at Gastronomicom similar to the normal One Year Program
+ A Second Year with: 3 month University Level Management course, a 3 month Practical Management course and a 6 month Internship at a Luxury Hotel-Restaurant in France. All Management Courses are taught in French.
Students can qualify for a Direct Second Year entry if they can justify a minimum of 5 years professional experience at a Recognized Luxury Establishment AND an Advanced Level of French.
For the Management Diploma you have two options: 1) Cooking + Pastry 2) Service + Sommelier
All of our Teachers are Higly Qualified Graduates with
vast experience in the field that they teach.
For Courses longer than 3 months you will need a Student Visa
