The Goal of the Full Course will unable you to acquire a comprehensive knowledge of French Wines, to master Wine Tasting Techniques and to learn French (or English) so as to give you all the necessary skills and experience you need to fulfil the position of Sommelier or Cellar Master at a French International Establishment.

Length of the Program : 4 weeks with 30 hours of lessons per week, including 15 hours of French Wine classes. All weekends are free.
The 4 Week Module includes : 1. Knowledge of French Wines:
- Winemaking
2. Famous French Wine Regions:
Languedoc Roussillon Bordeaux Bourgogne Champagne
-Visits to 3 Vineyards
3. Wine Tasting Initiation

The 3 months course includes :

3.Famous French Wine Regions: Languedoc Roussillon, Bordeaux, Bourgogne, Champagne, Corse/Provence, Vallée du Rhône, Jura/Savoie, Sud Ouest, Alsace, Cognac
4. Visits to 10 Vineyards
5. Matching Food and Wine, Fine Dining Service
6. Mastering Tasting Techniques.

One Year Program:
Length
of the Program: 12 months with a 2 x 3 months gastronomic french wines course +
6 months internship
Two Years Program: Diploma in Gastronomic Food&Beverage Management
This Program consists of:
A One Year Preparatory Course at Gastronomicom similar to the normal One Year Program
+ A Second Year with: 3 months University Level Management Course, 3 months Practical Management Course and a 6 month Internship at a Gastronomic Establishement
Students can qualify for a Direct Second Year entry if they can justify a minimum of 5 years professional experience at a Recognized Gastronomic Establishment
For the Management Diploma you have two options: 1) Cooking + Pastry 2) Service + Wines

vast experience in the field that they teach.
